What this is
Social media apps are designed to reward speed and impulsivity. We feel a sudden emotion, type a quick post, and hit send — often spending the next few hours anxiously checking for likes. Research shows that passive sharing cycles increase vulnerability and self-comparison stress. This check-in acts as a cognitive circuit-breaker: you will draft your post in a locked composer mockup, examine your real motive and feelings, and then intentionally choose whether to "Post It" or "Let It Go." Takes about 2 minutes. Completely private.
Who it's for
For anyone who finds themselves drafting posts reactively in moments of excitement, anger, boredom, or loneliness. For those who want to break the post-and-refresh anxiety loop and reclaim their emotional sovereignty.
