What this is

When you feel floaty, dissociated, or unanchored, this practice uses the weight of your own body as a grounding anchor. Based on autogenic heaviness training (Stetter 2002) and Rothschild's sensory grounding research, you'll identify where your body touches a surface, then feel gravity actively holding you there. The sensation of weight and support brings you solidly into the present moment.
