Keep in mind
- Do NOT use this if you have a heart condition or severe eating disorder.
- Water should be cold, but not freezing (around 50°F / 10°C is good).
- If you can't use water, hold an ice pack wrapped in a towel to your cheeks/eyes.
- Stop if you feel lightheaded or dizzy.
