What this is
When worry piles up, the mind treats everything as equally urgent, the things you can change and the things you never could. This tool helps you empty out what is weighing on you, then sort each worry into three rings: what is in your control, what is partly in your control, and what is not. You then choose one controllable worry to act on, and one uncontrollable worry to gently release. By spending your energy where it actually works, you feel steadier, calmer, and more in charge, instead of carrying the whole weight at once.
