Watch first
What this is
When we are anxious, the mind blends two very different things: facts (what is actually, provably happening) and feelings (how we interpret it). “I feel like everyone is judging me” starts to sound as solid as “the sky is blue”, but it is not. This tool helps you take a worrying situation, break it into separate statements, and sort each one into Fact or Feeling. Seeing the difference clearly takes away the false certainty that powers anxiety.
Who it is for
Anyone whose anxious thoughts feel like undeniable truths, “I know I failed”, “everyone thinks I am weird”, “this always goes wrong”, when really they are feelings, not proven facts.
