What this is

Healthy grief oscillates — you feel it, then you rest. Suppressing it floods worse; letting it rule unchecked overwhelms. This tool opens a contained five-minute space where grief is fully allowed: cry, remember, miss them. When the time ends, the space gently closes. You honoured your grief AND boundaried it.
