What this is
"They think I'm boring." "They don't like me." When you feel anxious, your mind fills in what others are thinking — almost always negatively, and almost always without proof. This is "mind-reading", a classic thinking trap. This tool challenges the assumption: what's your actual evidence? What else could explain their behaviour? The honest answer is usually — you can't know, and it's probably fine.
