What this is
After socialising, your anxious mind replays ONLY the "bad" bits — that awkward thing you said, that pause, that look — and magnifies them. This is called "post-event processing" and research shows it distorts memory, making the event feel worse than it was. This tool interrupts the cringe-loop by restoring the balanced picture and showing you the replay was biased, not accurate.
