Watch first
What this is
Right after a fight, the urge to fire back is huge — but reacting from that charged state usually makes things worse. This is a private pressure-release valve: write out everything you're feeling, unfiltered, with nobody watching. Putting the raw stuff into words discharges it and reveals the feeling underneath. Then you choose to respond from a calmer place — and contain the raw vent (lock it, shred it, or set it aside). It's for you, not to send.
Benefits
⚠ Precautions
- A self-help expressive-writing exercise, not therapy or couples counselling.
- This vent is for processing — not a message to send while you're still charged.
- If a relationship involves abuse or you feel unsafe, please reach a professional or helpline.
- If you ever feel unsafe, pause and reach a helpline.
