What this is
When your mind races, thoughts pile up and loop endlessly, making it hard to focus or rest. A “brain dump” means writing every thought out, exactly as it comes, without judging it. This empties the mental clutter, and then we gently sort it, so what felt like chaos becomes clear and manageable.
