When we overthink, panic, or dissociate, our energy gets trapped entirely in our heads. We literally lose touch with the ground. This guided body scan acts as an anchor, systematically pulling your attention down through your physical self to re-establish a sense of gravity and safety.

- It is okay if some parts feel numb or blank. Just notice the blankness.
