What this is

When we struggle, an inner critic often gets loud, “you are so stupid”, “everyone else manages, why can’t you”. We would never say this to someone we love, yet we say it to ourselves daily. This tool helps you catch that harsh voice, see it clearly, and gently rewrite it the way you would speak to a dear friend, kindly, honestly, and without pretending everything is fine.
