What this is
Worry has a habit of taking over the whole day, popping up again and again. This tool uses a proven therapy method: whenever a worry appears, you “park” it here instead of chasing it. Then, at a set time, you open a short, timed worry period and go through your parked worries one by one, deciding which need a real plan and which can simply be released. Your mind learns it can let go, because the worry is safely captured.
