Who is this session for?
Fear of parents’ reaction, worry about marks, guilt, hiding results, pressure to meet expectations, and feeling emotionally responsible for parents.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Abuse, threats, unsafe home, severe family pressure, self-harm thoughts, trauma, or intense distress.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
