Future worry, career uncertainty, college tension, fear of not becoming successful, pressure to decide life early, and uncertainty stress.

Severe anxiety, panic, depression, self-harm thoughts, obsessive fear, trauma, or major crisis.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
