Children who feel “others are better,” compare marks, looks, talents, praise, gifts, attention, or abilities.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe low self-esteem, bullying, body image crisis, depression signs, repeated humiliation, or intense school distress.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
