Who is this session for?
Homework resistance, crying during homework, frustration, distraction, delaying, parent-child homework fights, or feeling overwhelmed by assignments.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Learning difficulties without assessment, severe academic distress, school trauma, ADHD concerns, panic, or repeated inability to complete homework.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
