Who is this session for?
Low academic confidence, weak subject fear, avoiding difficult chapters, feeling behind, low marks insecurity, and self-doubt in studies.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Learning disorder concerns, severe academic distress, depression, self-harm thoughts, bullying, or complete study shutdown.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
