Pressure from parents about marks, career, behaviour, discipline, phone use, tuition, future, or comparison with other children.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Abuse, threats, unsafe home, severe family conflict, self-harm thoughts, trauma, or intense emotional distress.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
