Who is this session for?
Mild school fear, morning resistance, crying before school, fear of teacher, fear of classroom, or worry about being away from home.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Bullying, school trauma, severe separation anxiety, abuse, panic, repeated refusal, health complaints linked to school, or major daily impairment.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
