Who is this session for?
Invisible work, emotional exhaustion, family demands, criticism, lack of appreciation, routine fatigue, and feeling unseen.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Domestic abuse, severe depression, self-harm thoughts, unsafe home, trauma, or severe emotional crisis.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
