Who is this session for?
Nurses experiencing shift fatigue, emotional tiredness, patient/family pressure, workload stress, night duty strain, and compassion fatigue.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe burnout, trauma exposure distress, depression, self-harm thoughts, medical exhaustion, unsafe work conditions, or substance misuse.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
