Mild work stress, patient load, time pressure, emotional fatigue, difficult interactions, decision pressure, and mental exhaustion.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe burnout, medical trauma, self-harm thoughts, substance misuse, severe depression, patient safety risk, or crisis-level distress.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
