Who is this session for?
Nurses, technicians, assistants, therapists, ward staff, emergency staff, and healthcare workers experiencing emotional tiredness.

Severe burnout, trauma exposure distress, depression, self-harm thoughts, substance misuse, unsafe work conditions, or crisis symptoms.
How long does it take?
