Who is this session for?
School/college counsellors handling student emotional concerns, parent pressure, confidentiality stress, emotional fatigue, and role responsibility.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Crisis cases, self-harm risk management training, abuse reporting guidance, legal/ethical supervision, trauma processing, or severe burnout. This session must not replace supervision or professional consultation.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
