Who is this session for?
Being too hard on yourself, self-criticism, guilt after mistakes, feeling not enough, perfectionism, and emotional self-pressure.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe depression, self-harm thoughts, trauma-related shame, eating disorder concerns, or intense self-hatred.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
