Who is this session for?
Low study motivation, inconsistent routine, delaying revision, feeling lazy, starting and stopping, or struggling with discipline.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe depression, burnout, ADHD/learning concerns without support, self-harm thoughts, or complete inability to study.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
