Who is this session for?
Not following timetable, unrealistic planning, irregular study routine, poor consistency, overplanning, and daily schedule stress.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe burnout, ADHD concerns without support, depression, self-harm thoughts, or inability to manage daily routine.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
