Who is this session for?
Comparing looks, body size, skin, height, clothes, photos, social media appearance, or feeling insecure around peers.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Eating disorder symptoms, severe body image distress, self-harm thoughts, bullying trauma, depression, or unsafe weight-control behaviour.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
