Who is this session for?
Fear of answering, reading aloud, asking doubts, class presentation fear, worry classmates will laugh, or fear of making mistakes.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe social anxiety, bullying, panic attacks, selective mutism, trauma, severe school avoidance, or self-harm thoughts.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
