Who is this session for?
Early exhaustion, emotional fatigue, low energy, work overload, mental tiredness, reduced motivation, and feeling drained.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe burnout, depression, self-harm thoughts, panic attacks, trauma, medical exhaustion, or inability to function.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
