Who is this session for?
People who feel confused about emotions, cannot name feelings, suppress emotions, react without understanding why, or feel emotionally blocked.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Trauma processing, dissociation, severe emotional numbness, self-harm thoughts, or intense emotional instability.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
