Who is this session for?
First interview fear, nervousness, fear of blanking out, fear of rejection, low confidence, and performance pressure.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-harm thoughts, or intense impairment.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
