Friendship pressure, trying to fit in, fear of losing friends, saying yes when uncomfortable, group pressure, and social comparison.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Bullying, threats, coercion, abuse, unsafe peer influence, substance pressure, self-harm thoughts, or severe social distress.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
