Who is this session for?
Meeting nervousness, fear of speaking, fear of being wrong, hesitation to ask questions, and anxiety before presenting updates.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe social anxiety, panic attacks, trauma from workplace humiliation, severe avoidance, or inability to attend meetings.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
