Who is this session for?
Too many thoughts, confusion, mental noise, scattered attention, feeling overloaded, and not knowing where to start.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe anxiety, OCD-like compulsive thoughts, trauma flashbacks, psychosis, severe dissociation, or crisis.
How long does it take?
