Who is this session for?
Mild bedtime worry, fear of dark, needing repeated reassurance, delaying sleep with questions, or wanting parent nearby at bedtime.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Night terrors, trauma nightmares, severe anxiety, medical sleep concerns, panic, abuse, or long-term sleep disruption.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
