Who is this session for?
Too much phone use, reels/shorts distraction, checking messages repeatedly, study interruption, doomscrolling, gaming distraction, and bedtime phone use.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe internet/gaming addiction, aggression when phone is removed, severe sleep disruption, depression, self-harm thoughts, or major daily impairment.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
