Roommate conflict, shared space issues, noise, cleanliness, privacy, schedule mismatch, awkward communication, or hostel adjustment.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Threats, harassment, unsafe living conditions, abuse, severe conflict, discrimination, or situations needing hostel/admin intervention.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
