Who is this session for?
Shyness, awkwardness, fear of judgement, difficulty starting conversations, avoiding groups, or feeling nervous around classmates.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe social anxiety, bullying, panic, trauma, selective mutism, self-harm thoughts, or total social avoidance.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
