Who is this session for?
Social pressure, fear of judgement, social tiredness, awkwardness, people-pleasing, group situations, and meeting new people.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe social anxiety, panic, bullying trauma, self-harm thoughts, total social avoidance, or severe distress.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
