Who is this session for?
People who feel there is never enough time, constantly rush, feel behind, overcommit, or struggle with task pressure.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe burnout, ADHD-related impairment without support, panic, depression, self-harm thoughts, or extreme daily dysfunction.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
