Who is this session for?
Everyday stress, emotional tiredness, small daily irritations, routine pressure, mental load, and feeling overwhelmed by normal responsibilities.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe burnout, panic attacks, trauma, depression, self-harm thoughts, unsafe home/work conditions, or long-term inability to function.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
