Who is this session for?
Fear of being rejected, ignored, disliked, not chosen, not accepted, or avoiding action because of possible rejection.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe abandonment trauma, intense relationship distress, self-harm thoughts, abuse, stalking behaviour, or severe dependency patterns.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
