Who is this session for?
Fear of what others think, hesitation to speak, avoiding visibility, social self-consciousness, and replaying social situations.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe social anxiety, panic, trauma from bullying/abuse, inability to attend social/work situations, or severe avoidance.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
