Who is this session for?
Feeling bad about yourself, judging yourself harshly, hiding mistakes, embarrassment, and believing “something is wrong with me.”
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe trauma, abuse recovery without support, self-harm thoughts, severe depression, eating disorder concerns, or intense self-hatred.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
