Who is this session for?
Feeling emotionally loaded, mentally tired, heavy inside, overwhelmed by small things, or carrying many unspoken feelings.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe depression, grief crisis, trauma, abuse, self-harm thoughts, or inability to function.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
