Feeling like a fraud, dismissing achievements, fear of being exposed, comparing with colleagues, and doubting capability.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe anxiety, depression, trauma, workplace bullying, self-harm thoughts, or severe performance impairment.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
