Who is this session for?
Feeling alone in college, difficulty making friends, missing home, feeling disconnected, not fitting in, hostel loneliness, or social withdrawal.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Severe depression, self-harm thoughts, intense isolation, bullying, harassment, trauma, or unsafe campus/social situations.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
Is my information private?
