Who is this session for?
Mild health worry, repeated body checking, searching symptoms online, fear after noticing body sensations, and reassurance-seeking.
Who is it NOT suitable for?
Medical emergencies, serious symptoms, severe health anxiety, panic attacks, OCD-like checking, trauma, or avoiding necessary medical care. Important Note This session must clearly say: medical symptoms should be checked by a qualified healthcare professional. This session only helps with worry management after appropriate medical guidance.
How long does it take?
About 35-45 min, split into small steps. You can pause and resume anytime, and revisit as often as you like.
